Question For Uncut Guys

I have been giving BJ's to this married guy for 30+ years. He's got a really nice dick with lots of really loose foreskin. A couple of months ago I noticed the foreskin had turned a dark red. There is actually a line where I think the foreskin starts and from there up everything including the head is this dark maroon color. Also, the foreskin has gotten really tight. Before this I could pull the foreskin back and fully expose the head, now I can't get it past the corona (I had to look up the name for that). He's pretty chubby so he can't see any of this. I've offered to take a picture with no luck. I've ask him to go to the doctor but he just says it's a little sore. Any idea what this might be?

I believe the generic term for this is balanitis, I have suffered from this, though not exactly the form you describe, it can be caused by a number of things such as trauma, medications and infections.  It's best to talk to a doctor about what can be done and sooner rather than later, you do not want to leave it so long that one day you wake up and it's too sore to even look at, or the only solution is to remove foreskin (prepuce).  I was given a topical cream with hydrocortisone in it to reduce swelling and pain.  Retracting the foreskin can become EXTREMELY painful, which will mean you are prevented from proper cleaning under the hood, not to mention some of the pleasures that come from playing with and retracting the skin.

Rule of thumb, if the "abnormality" has been there for more than a few days without any sign of getting better, GO SEE A DOCTOR, and stop being such a bloke about it.

As BBFMv2 says- Its Balanitis. He needs to see a medic ASAP .

Actually you are describing Phimosis , inablity to retract the foreskin, rather than Balantisit, a fungal infection under the foreskin. Either way, see a Urologist. DOC

Does Phimosis develop in a 65 year old man that previously had a very loose and ample foreskin? I've pointed out several times he needs to see the doctor over this with no luck. I googled Balanitis but only found one picture that was close to what I see. All he ever says is that it don't hurt anymore. As an extra bit of information I had strep throat and he took a trip to Central America just before the problem developed.  I really don't like giving him head with the tight foreskin. The loose foreskin gave my tongue something to do.
